Tuesday at Gina's brought slow cooked chicken marinated in salsa and sour cream.
ingredients
2-3 chick breasts (I just toss them in frozen)
1 c. salsa
1/2 c. sour cream
flour tortillas
toppings:
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
anything else! lettuce, tomatoes...
instructions
Place chicken breasts, salsa, and sour cream in crockpot on low for 8 hours or on high for 5. Shred chicken breasts using two forks, mix, and serve on warm tortillas and add toppings.

i bet spanish rice would be yummy inside the taco with the chicken mixture. mmmm. okay, i'm hungry, time for dinner.
