Monday at Cindy's


Black Pepper Stir Fry

1 lb. chicken breast
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 TBS corn starch
1 C. water
salt and pepper to taste

cook chicken, onions, peppers and garlic in one tablespoon olive oil on medium heat. Cook until onions are clear.

Add salt and pepper.

While chicken is cooking, dissolve chicken bouillon and corn starch in one cup of water. Once dissolved, add to your chicken mixture and stir.

Let sit for up to ten minutes until your mixture is bubbly and thick.

Serve over warm rice or wrap up in tortillas
