Okay, so my first meal for this challenge is our Family Night at: La Frontera Cafe on 500 South in Bountiful. Mmmmmm. Anthony has been going to this restaurant since birth (I'm sure) and has me addicted to it now. They have THE best chips and salsa and THE best smothered burritos. And all for a small price. In fact, if you get the Davis County ValuePak coupons - they always have one in there for La Frontera - buy one get one free. We can feed our entire family of 4 for just $8.
Okay, so the cooking begins now for me. :) I'm putting it in the crockpot as we speak.

Sounds good to me and the price sounds great. Unfortunately, I don't live near Bountiful so I don't know when I'll get to go. I'll try to keep the place in mind though in case I'm ever around there.
i love the smothered burrito with cheese. too bad sean hates the restaurant. boo!
