Thursday at Kendra's

Lemon Baked Pork Chop



Dash of Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup flour
4 boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 lemons, sliced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix salt, pepper, and flour together on a plate. Dredge pork chops in the flour. Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown pork chops on both sides. Place pork chops in baking dish. Place Lemon slices on each pork chop. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, water, and brown sugar. Pour sauce over the chops and bake for 60 minutes.
