progresso light chicken noodle soup {70 calories per serving}.

if you haven't tried it before, you need to!! it's so sweet and delicious! here's how to cook it: cut squash in half lengthwise. scoop out seeds. put both halves in a glass baking dish, cut side up. put 2 tbsps of water in the hollow of each half. cover with plastic wrap. microwave on high for 7-8 minutes, until tender. i like mine with a little butter, salt & pepper. yum!
